1. Acceptance and Scope of Agreement

Welcome to the ZeeroGPT SaaS Platform (referred to here as the "Service"), which is run and owned by ZeeroGPT Platform Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). The terms outlined below form a binding legal contract between you—whether you are using this site personally or acting on behalf of a company or organization ("you" or the "User")—and ZeeroGPT Platform Inc. This agreement governs how you access and use our website, mobile applications, and developer API connections.

By visiting this website, you're agreeing to our house rules. If you don't like these terms, you shouldn't browse our pages and should leave the site. We update these terms from time to time, so take a look at the date above every now and then.

2. Description of SaaS Products and Statistical Limitations

We built ZeeroGPT to give you handy writing tools. You can scan images, run an AI check, clean up AI text, rewrite paragraphs, summarize long PDFs, or fix grammar. To do this, our code reads through your documents, checking sentence structures, word frequencies, file details, and pixels.

The stats we show are just calculations and guesses, not absolute proof. Since writing styles vary from person to person, no program can detect artificial text with absolute precision. Our outputs are for information only. They must not be used as evidence to fail students, terminate workers, or initiate court actions.

3. User Account Security and Session Responsibilities

You will need a profile with us to view saved scans or use our API keys. Make sure you fill out registration forms with correct data and modify your profile details if they change.

Keep your password and API tokens to yourself. You are responsible for any scans run under your account. Send us a note quickly if you notice someone else using your account.

4. Plans, Billing, and Canceling

If you scan a lot of text, we have paid plans. These bill automatically every month or year.

If you don't cancel before your renewal day, we will bill your saved card. You are free to close your subscription whenever you want. Once you cancel your membership, you can still access the paid benefits until the current billing month ends. After that, your account returns to the basic level.

We do not refund payments. There are no partial refunds for unused days or unused characters.

5. User Code of Conduct, Web Scraping, and Endpoint Abuse Restrictions

Please play nice when using our tools. Do not use tools to copy our site. Please do not cheat the word counter, break our server setups, or spam API calls.

We monitor traffic to spot abuse. If you break these rules, we'll block your IP or disable your login details immediately.

6. Platform Ownership and Your Writing Rights

Our stuff: Everything on this site, from the code to the graphics and logos, belongs to ZeeroGPT Platform Inc. We let you use our tools to verify your drafts, but we own the platform.

Your stuff: Your writing belongs to you. We make no claims on the paragraphs or photos you analyze. We never save your files in permanent folders or show your work to anyone else.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We offer this website just as it is. We cannot promise it will always be online, work perfectly, or be error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties.

ZeeroGPT Platform Inc. and our employees won't be responsible for any lost profits, lost data, or business trouble from using our tools. This limit applies even if you told us about potential issues beforehand.

8. Legal Disputes and Governing Law

These rules follow California laws. If we run into a dispute we can't settle ourselves, we agree to go to binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California.
